Dare to think big. That is something you must do when organising an event for 8,500 employees from every corner of the globe. Wild in terms of creativity, careful in production and a programme with rock-solid content.
Once a year (almost) all the company’s employees come together in the Netherlands for a huge All Employee Meeting. The challenge was to come up with the theme and put the plenary programme together, arrange two party evenings and define, develop, and produce a decor for the RAI Amsterdam.
Based on the theme of ‘Unborder’ we developed various moods in which all 8,500 participants could undergo all kinds of experiences. We created a unique stage setting for the plenary programme. We defined all the details of the programme in close cooperation with the client. The party evenings were unforgettable experiences featuring a wide range of artists, a tailor-made show and a song specially written for the occasion.
