Barilla opens their new global head office in Amsterdam.
Develop and produce Barilla's end-of-year event in Amsterdam. The plenary program welcomes ninety top leadership guests in person, with thousands of colleagues from over twenty-five countries watching live online. The event appreciates Barilla’s rich history and gives careful attention to current affairs and the future.
With a new chapter unfolding for Barilla, we sought beautifully balanced contrasts. For the plenary, we created a state-of-the-art presentation on a forty-square-meter curved LED screen at the historic Felix Meritis venue. After the inspiring talks and presentations, guests journeyed via Lighttour boat to Capital C for an elegant dinner, offering views of Amsterdam’s skyline.
Knowing that every detail matters, we provided speaker coaching, organised an extensive dry run with all speakers, and for the colleagues watching online, the broadcast was translated into 9 languages.
