Challenge

Develop and produce a programme for a three-day internal event for an international group of supply chain managers. Create a good balance between information, interaction and meeting new colleagues while enjoying a beer at the bar.

Our concept

Every movement was thought out, every connection was carefully orchestrated, because we wanted to utilise each moment to enable the participants to get to know one another. A boat transported the participants to Restaurant Stork where they enjoyed a welcoming cocktail and dinner. The plenary programme started after participants had taken part in a city hunt. The sessions, break-outs and awards took place in the Felix Meritis cultural venue. The highlights were the dinners at the surprising STRAAT museum and Lion Noir.
