Challenge

Develop and produce a programme for a two-day internal event for an international group of supply chain managers and directors. Create a good balance between information, interaction and meeting new colleagues while enjoying a beer at the bar.

Our concept

The plenary set, featuring a combination of LED and projection, the impressive video specials, and insightful speaker guidance, really brought the supply chain strategies and latest innovations to life. Every movement was thought out, every connection was carefully orchestrated, because we aimed to utilise each moment for participants to interact with one another. From a City Hunt to the plenary program, traveling by boat to dinner, and during breakout sessions, tastings, and the festive awards dinner.
